Alex Romo is the general, he's at the forefront taking orders and getting to know people. Mama Romo is the chef. You can tell that she takes immense pride in crafting each taco with the utmost care and attention to detail. My guy Aldo aka Mr. Fresca does it all from security to customer service. Special shout out to him for contacting me and much love to the family for making me feel at home. By far one of the best food experiences I've had.
